In the morning I was quite happy with my progress. Manage to increase several moves but the arms hurt like.... xxxx after exercise. However, things start to go downhill in the evening. First sister said I eat too much. Gotta cut down some more. Second, doctor said my blood pressure go up, especially the dystolic. Now I am 120/90. Dr said can be due to the fact I was sick that time... still it's sad news. Third, my housemate suspect I got diabetis, apparently there are ants around the bowl after I pee. Now I have to make appointment with doctor for GTT and maybe HBA1c for good measure.
I think I want to go sleep early tonight. Just depressing.

Sometimes I think the only time I can be thin is when I am 6 feet underground.
